Once we receive the design, we will confirm all the details with you within one week. After that, we will proceed with creating a sample and arrange for it to be sent to you. Upon your confirmation of the sample, we will move forward with formal production.

When placing an order, we usually give the customer a delivery time according to the production situation. if there is no emergency, there will generally be no delay in delivery, of course, there are exceptions, but the delay will not exceed a week. Special circumstances:  Corona Virus this year, the market demand for sprayers has increased greatly, we will have this situation, but we will certainly negotiate for customers in advance.

In the production process, there will be special quality inspectors on our assembly line, and a product will be randomly selected every hour for functional testing. after all the goods are completed, random inspection of the products will also be carried out.

Within 36 months, we will replace the spare parts free of charge, only need the customer to provide the picture, and the spare parts will be sent by express mail at the soonest.
